What happens if I change/cancel my MDS Subscription?

Change of Tier

  • In the event of an MDS Subscription tier upgrade or downgrade, your old MDS Subscription will cease. You will be charged for your new MDS Subscription on the same day, and payments will recur 30 days from that day.
  • Any and all unused credit(s) will be added on to your new subscription.

Cancellation

  • Should you wish to cancel your MDS Subscription, your subscription will cease 30 days from the date of subscription.
  • Your 20% discount will still apply, only ending on the last day of your subscription.
  • In the unfortunate event that you wish to end your MDS Subscription, any remaining credit(s) will still be valid.
  • You can still make exchanges on unused items for a full-priced item of the same value after cancellation, as long as this is within your subscription period.
  • However, should you make an exchange on the following month after your cancellation, your item value will be what you paid for (80%), meaning that you will have to pay the difference to exchange for an item of the same value.
