Returns

1. Can I use my returns voucher on (i) sale items, (ii) subscription fee or (iii) my 20% discount?

(i) Sale items

Returns voucher cannot be used on sale items online. You can, however, use the returns voucher on your 20% discount purchase to offset the credit value.

(ii) Subscription fee

Returns voucher cannot be used for any tier of subscription fee.

(iii) 20% discount

Returns voucher may be utilised on items bought on 20% discount online. Do note that if you use the voucher for an item of lower value, the difference will be forfeited. 


2. If I return an item bought under my 20% discount, what would be the exchange value?

MDS will issue a credit voucher equivalent to the price after 20% discount for your next purchase. This applies to in-store purchases on items bought under 20% discount. 


3. If I redeem my credit but I wish to return the item, what would be the exchange value?

In this case, we will be issuing you a refund in the form of 1 credit back to your account which you can redeem for other items.


Please note that earrings are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons. Shoes are only eligible for returns if the sole is clean, not soiled and completely new condition.
