What is your online return policy?
1. 14 days for local orders & 30 days for international orders. For SG click & collect orders, the return period starts from the day you collect your parcel.
2. Items must be unwashed and unworn with the hangtag & price tag attached and accompanied by your order invoice. For shoes, extra shoe heels must be intact and shoes must be unworn with clean soles. We do not accept returns for earrings & lingerie due to hygiene purpose. Sale and promotional items are not eligible for returns.
3. You may either mail your item back to our office(10 Changi South St 2, 05-03, Singapore 486596) via registered mail or return in person at SG outlets (Tampines 1, Bugis Junction, Citylink Mall).
4. Exchanging of size or color for the same design can be done at any SG outlet.
5. Processing of returns take up to 30 days from the date of receiving date. It may take up to 45 days during high volume periods. You will receive the refund in the form of credit voucher or credit refund. By returning your item, you have agreed to receive your refund in a voucher or credit(for subscriber).
