What is your online return policy?
1. 14 days for local orders & 30 days for international orders. You may mail your returns back to our office (10 Changi South St 2, 05-03, Singapore 486596) via registered mail or drop it off at our pigeon hole at your convenience from Monday - Saturday, 9am to 6pm.
2. Items must be unwashed and unworn with the hangtag & price tag attached and accompanied by your order invoice. For shoes, extra shoe heels must be intact and shoes must be unworn with clean soles. We do not accept returns for earrings & lingerie due to hygiene purpose. Sale and promotional items are not eligible for returns.
3. Processing of returns take up to 30 working days from the date of receiving date. You will receive the refund in the form of credit voucher or credit refund. By returning your item, you have agreed to receive your refund in a voucher(for non-subscribers) or credit(for subscriber).
4. If you have received an incorrect item/color/size, kindly return the item back to us unworn and with tag on via registered mail to our office or drop the returns off at the pigeon hole outside our office according to the timings stated above. In the event you mail the incorrect item back to us, we will refund your shipping charges within 30 days of receiving your item. You will receive either the correct item if its still in stock or we will refund the value of the item back to your original payment mode.
