What is your online return policy?
1. Local returns must be in their original condition (unwashed, unworn and with price tag intact) within 14 days from date of receiving the parcel. You may either mail it back to us or drop it off at any of our retail outlets in Singapore. If you wish to exchange for a different size, you may do so at any outlet with your order invoice if the item is not purchased under any promotional code. For mailing back of return items, please allow us 14 working days to process your return. We allow up to 30 days for international parcels from date of receiving the parcel.
2. Earrings are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons. Shoes are only eligible for returns if the sole is clean, not soiled and completely new condition.
2. MDS reserves the final right to accept or reject a return item. Sale and promotional items bought using Discount codes are not eligible for any form of exchange, return or refund.
3. For online returns, kindly mail your return items to our office: MDS, 10 Changi South Street 2, #05-03, Singapore 486596. Do allow us up to 14 working days to process your credit voucher upon receiving your return parcel.
4. You may use your credit voucher and offset your next purchase at www.mdscollections.com, regardless of sale or regular priced items. Credit voucher is a standalone voucher and cannot be combined with other promotions.
What is your outlet return policy?
For retail purchases, we allow up to 14 days for exchange from date of purchase. The same regulations listed above apply to outlet purchases.You are also required to produce your receipt and do note that refunds are not allowed.
