How do I order?

All the items posted on the website are available for purchase.
1. Simply click on the item you wish to purchase.
2. Select the size or colour preferred and click 'add to basket'.
3. You can then go back and add additional items to your basket or 'proceed to checkout'.
4. For both overseas & local buyers, please note you will need your credit, debit or charge card details via paypal, including the billing address (the address to where the card bills and statements are sent). For local buyers, 2 additional payment methods are available – ATM transfer or Internet Banking.
**Please note that Internet Transfer option is not eligible for oversea buyers.

5. For local buyers, if you have chosen Internet Transfer as your mode of payment. Kindly send us a notice at customers@mdscollections.com stating your name, IB nick(if applicable), date/time transferred, amount transferred, email/contact number. Mass Meet Up Collection
MDS hold mass meetup every fortnightly to cater to local customers who wish to save on postage charges. Kindly note that the meetup will be held at Raffles City Shopping Centre, Starbucks unless otherwise stated. Further details will be communicated to customers via email. In any event if you cannot turn up for the meetup, please inform us via email and opt for postage instead. On the other hand, if you have already opted for postage and wish to collect your item during mass meetup, the postage charges will not be refunded to you. Lastly, If you do not receive any mass meet up reminder from MDS, please do not turn up because you might be holding on to a preorder item which has not arrived yet. Kindly drop us an email at customers@mdscollections.com to reconfirm.

For Locals,
We only accept payment by Credit Card, Charge Card or Debit card, Paypal on the internet as well as Internet Transfer via IB/ATM.
For Overseas Customers,

Payment Methods

Guide to setting up your paypal account

If you have a PayPal account, you can send money by following these steps:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the Send Money tab.
3. Fill out the form.
4. Click Continue.
5. Review the details of the payment, including the payment method. To change any information, click the appropriate Change link. Note: If you edit your payment details, the payment method will return to the default method of payment.
6. Click Send Money to send the payment.

If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can send money with PayPal by following these steps:

1. Visit https://www.paypal.com.
2. Click the Send Money tab.
3. In the Send Money box:
* Fill in the recipient's email address or phone number
* Fill in your email address
* Fill in the amount in the currency that you have set using our currency converter
* Select the appropriate purchase category
* Click the Send Money button

To complete your payment, you must create a PayPal account. To create an account, follow these steps:

1. Enter your first and last name.
2. Select your credit card type.
3. Enter your credit card number, the expiration date, and your card security code.
4. Enter your address, city, state, and ZIP code.
5. Enter your telephone number and your email address.
6. Enter and confirm your PayPal password.
7. Enter the code shown in the box.
8. Click the User Agreement and Privacy Policy links.
9. Click the Agree & Continue button.
10. Review your payment details.
* To change any information, click the appropriate Change link
* To cancel the payment, click Cancel
11. Click the Send Money button.

Recipients receive an email notification for the payment. This email contains a link. After clicking the link, recipients can log in to their PayPal account to receive the payment. A recipient who does not have an account must open an account to receive the payment.

Guide to setting up your internet transfer account (for locals only)
1. ATM Bank Teller Transfer

General steps to effect a payment transfer using ATM tellers; steps may differ for different bank tellers:
1. Insert ATM card
2. Login to ATM teller
3. Select 'iBanking, Cashcard & more services'
4. Select 'Funds Transfer / Fixed Deposit'
5. (From which account) Select your account type eg. POSB Savings
6. (To another account) Select POSB Savings
7. Key in MDS Account number: 194785968
8. Key in the amount to be transferred
9. Select 'If correct, press'
10. Select 'To confirm'
11. Remove ATM card
12. Collect your receipt
13. Notify us via customers@mdscollections.com on the Date, Time, Amount and Reference No. that is printed on the receipt

2. Internet Banking Transfer (IB)

Setting up Funds Transfer for POSB/DBS Internet Banking

Internet banking allows a host of other online banking services like account enquiry, funds transfer, payment & GIROS services, etc. all from the comfort of your desktop.

For POSB/DBS account holders and if you are using Funds Transfer to Newlook Marketing for the first time, you will need to setup a payee account for subsequent Funds Transfer transactions.

1. Login to DBS Banking website.
2. On the left navigation pane, click Funds Transfer.
3. Click Funds Transfer: Add New DBS/POSB Payee.
4. Fill in the information as shown below:

5. A confirmation screen will appear:

Click Confirm button to proceed. A one-time password (OTP) will send to you via SMS/Paging.
6. Click Make OTP Application.
Key in the one-time password received and click Submit to proceed.
7. Click Confirm to finalise.
8. Application for Funds Transfer completed.

Using Funds Transfer in POSB/DBS Internet Banking

After you have setup Newlook Marketing as a payee account, you may use the Funds Transfer option to initiate a payment to MDS for your online purchase at www.mdscollections.com

1. Login to DBS Banking website (or any of your designated internet bank account)
2. On the left navigation pane, click Funds Transfer.
3. Click Funds Transfer To Other DBS/POSB A/C.
4. Select Newlook Marketing as Payee by clicking the radio button:
5. Select Immediate Transfer
6. Click Submit button to proceed.
7. A confirmation screen will appear.
a) Verify the details to be correct.
b) Click Confirm button to finalise the transfer.
8. Upon successful completion of the funds transfer, a message screen will appear:
9. Take note of the "Transaction Reference" number.
10. Notify MDS of the payment via email to customers@mdscollections.com indicating this transaction reference and your orderID.
11. Payment by Funds Transfer completed.
