LOCAL DELIVERY
Once you placed and paid for your order, your item/s will reach you 2-3 days (excluding Weekends & Public Holidays) after it have been dispatched from our warehouse. For example, if you ordered something and paid on Monday before 10am, your item/s will reach you either on Wednesday or Thursday within the same week. You may either opt for normal or registered postage on the checkout page.
The cost of normal delivery ranges from $1 to $3. Please note that order tracking is not available for normal postage deliveries so kindly wait 3 full days for your order to arrive.
The cost of registered delivery charges is capped at SGD $5.00. If you want to receive your pretty garments fast and quick, opt for registered mail at a flat rate of $5.00 regardless of the size of your order. Make payment today and receive your parcellater in the day! This service is available from Monday to Friday, as long as it is a working day, and you make payment for your order before 10am.
You may track your parcel with this delivery method hence if you have not receive your order after 3 full days, kindly log into your MDS account to retrieve your registered parcel number. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Care for your parcel details. If you are not around when the parcel was being delivered, the postman will leave a collection slip for you to pick the parcel up at your nearest post office.
Self-Collection will be at Plaza Singapura #B1/34 or you can opt to collect at Chevron House #02-29.
Self-Collection timing is as follow:
Monday 12am to Thursday 2pm : Collection on the next working day 2pm
Thursday > 2pm to Sunday 1159pm : Collection on Monday 2pm
In event if you missed the collection date, your item(s) will be left in the shop for 14days. After which your item(s) transported back to our main office. Our service officer will liase with you shortly on shipping charges.

RETURNS
OUR FOC RETURNS POLICY
We fully understand the importance of handling your returned goods and resolving the issue within 2 days of receiving it hence we need your kind cooperation with us to facilitate the process.
- All returns are FOC* only for standard normal mail.
- All goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt in its original condition with price tag intact. We promise to resolve any returns case within 2 days of receiving the parcel.
- No cash refunds are allowed for all returned goods except for incorrect item sent.
- If exchange voucher is issued for return, Only 1 voucher is allowed per order. Separate exchange vouchers cannot be issued per order. All exchange vouchers are only valid for 7 days from date of issue.
- The returned goods are your responsibility until they reached our office.
- We strongly recommend you to opt for a postage service that allows tracking of parcel.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM/S FROM MY ORDER WHICH I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH?
At MDSCOLLECTIONS, we endeavor to make every customer truly satisfied with their purchase. Hence we hope to provide a returns service that is hassle-free and fast at your convenience.
From receipt, you have 14 days to decide if you wish to return any item from your order. Simply fill in the returns note enclosed with your order.
If you are a local customer, you are required to send it back to our office with the Returns Note, price tag intact and original condition of garment. Please ensure that the Returns Note is filled correctly with the necessary details such as Order ID and the preferred solution.
We strongly recommend you to opt for a postage service that allows tracking of parcel. Please attach the returns note and mail the item/s back to our office at the following address:

CAN I DO AN EXCHANGE AT YOUR SHOP IF I ORDERED IT ONLINE?
No, you can't do an exchange at the shop with online merchandise.
I HAVE LOST MY RETURNS NOTE
If you wish to return anything but lost your Returns Note, simply click here to download the Returns Note. Do not forget to attach it with the returned item/s when you send back to us.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURNED GOODS?
As soon as your returned parcel reached our office, our customer service department will send you an email notification and your case will be logged and processing for exchange. In the unlikely event that you do not receive any email from us, kindly get in touch with our Customer Care and we will get back to you shortly.
If you have opted for registered postage service to return the goods to us, please inform us your tracking number when you contact us.
MY RETURN WAS PROCESSED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REIMBURSEMENT ON DELIVERY CHARGES.
We will only reimburse delivery charges for incorrect item sent and faulty garment. If you have not received the refund, please get in touch with our Customer Care and we will reply you shortly.
