Credit Card Validation
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB. All transaction charges are fully absorbed by our company to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
Your credit card will only be charged once you check out your items. We will email you to confirm dispatch of products.
Further information for overseas customers
The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subjected to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company.

Besides credit cards, MDSCOLLECTIONS.COM also accepts PayPal transfer for overseas customers. Transaction charges by PayPal are fully borne by our company. For local buyers, you can transfer payment via Internet Banking or ATM strictly within 24 hours. Orders will be taken as void if payment is not received within this limited time period.

Return Policy
We guarantee to refund any defected item once it is mailed back to us within 7 days for local buyers and 14 days for overseas buyers. Depending on the customer’s preference, a return will be administered either in the form of one-for-one exchange under the same design or a merchandise credit redeemable during your next purchase. Exchange of a lesser value item will not be allowed under our return policy. Besides defects, we do not cater to any forms of return request such as incorrect sizing.
Returns to MDS
All items returned to MDS must be mailed back via postage or other forms of delivery service within the limited time period as stated above. Kindly take note that we will reimburse any postage or express/overnight charges incurred for the item(s) to be sent back to us. To ensure that item reaches us, please use a prepaid and traceable method of delivery. Once item is received, we will process your return within the shortest time possible and reimburse postage charges accordingly.

Product Information
Our company will make every effort to display the color of our products as accurately as possible. Minimal photo editing is done to the original images. However, the actual color you see depends on your monitor hence we cannot promise that your monitor will accurately show the color of our garments upon delivery.
Before confirmation of order, please take time to read through our description carefully. From time to time, some product descriptions may contain important information regarding shipment arrival or wash and care of garments, hence we expect customers to read them carefully before checking out. Sizing and measurements are estimated and clearly stated on the website. If you need additional product information, please email us and our staff will get back to you shortly.
Procurement of Product
Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed by us, kindly note that you will not be able to make any changes to your order. Hence, please make sure that every detail is correct before checking out. In the event that discount code is not entered upon checkout, you will not be able to enjoy the membership privileges.

MDS Memberships
To qualify as a member, you have to spend SGD150.00 in a single purchase. Accumulated purchases do not qualify as our membership scheme. Once you become a member, our staff will email you the membership details as well as mail you your membership card within 2 weeks. All members are entitled to 10% off all apparels based on a lifetime membership scheme.
