Full-time Retail Advisor

Responsibilities:

• Offer excellent sales service and styling advice to customers
• Assist customers with their purchases with high efficiency
• Handle customers’ enquiries and request professionally
• Maintain good and positive relationships with customers at all times
• Responsible for accurate inventory management
• Ensure products are always in its top-notch condition when its displayed

 Requirements:

• Singaporeans only
• Students on vacation or part time diplomas/degrees need not apply.
• Minimum GCE N / O Levels / Nitec
• Preferably minimum of 1 year experience in the fashion retail industry
• Pleasant and outgoing personality
• Well groomed and outspoken
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays and during retail operating hours
• 6 days week

This role is based in our retail outlet at Plaza Singapura #B1-34.

Part-time Weekend Service Assistant

• Assist in customer service related matters such as payments, emails and phone enquiries
• Must be able to work on weekends and 1 weekday preferably
• Outgoing and customer-oriented
